Thai iced tea recipe for 1 glass

  • 1 Tablespoon of Police dog brand tea dust 
  • 1 Cup of boiling water 
  • 2 Tablespoons of white sugar 
  • 1 Tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of evaporated milk or whole milk or half & half 
  • Tea strainer (cotton cloth strainer)

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 cup of water to boil in a small pot.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of Police dog brand tea dust to boiling water, stir well and cover the pot.
  3. Turn stove off and let sit for 1 minute.
  4. Strain tea into a cup, add 2 tablespoons of white sugar and mix well.
  5. Add 1 Tbs. of sweetened condensed milk , 2 Tbs. of evaporated milk (or use whole milk or half & half milk) mix well.
  6. Pour your hot tea mixture over a cup of ice and mix well.
  7. Enjoy your Thai iced tea.

Tip: **After step no.5 let the tea mixture sit in the refrigerator overnight for better flavor.

       **If you like Thai iced tea with lime or lemon then skip step no.5 and add lime or lemon to taste.
